File mtest/musicxml/io/tst_mxml_io.cpp could use some maintenance to fix issues present for years:
- tests testDrumset2 and testNonStandardKeySig2 needlessly disabled (the underlying problems fixed long time ago)
- dead code due to Werner's KeySig update in June 2014 (see "if 0" / "endif")
