Yes, there is, but I don't know how to do it. Look it up. There must be a page about it or a thread.
There is this plugin: https://musescore.org/en/project/tunings-and-temperaments. I haven't tried it, but it looks like it'l do what you need.

After you write a score, you run the plugin (which takes only seconds) and it automatically adjusts the tuning for you.
