When navigating to a non-note object such as hairpin or text, it's impossible to press tab to reach the inspector. The tab key gives no action at all, probably locked by something. I changed to a Chinese screen reader and made lots of effort to reach it, very complicated and unstable. This should be implemented.

relates to #277496: [EPIC] Accessibility issues/suggestions
This a known recent regression due to the change in how handles on elements work. See #299941: Loss of keyboard accessibility for Inspector on elements with handles. But, text is not affected. Only elements with handles are - lines, mostly.
