Repeats do not work at all, no matter what

I put repeats in a score, I play the score, the repeats don't work. It's as simple as that, and it's not how the program works at all, so I really don't understand what's going on here. The beginning of this issue roughly seems to have coincided with the time I turned off playing repeats to test something. I turned them back on and suddenly they just didn't function at all, ever. I cannot stress this enough, they do not work EVER. It doesn't matter if I switch scores, view modes, playback modes, or toggle x y z or zeta. Repeat measure signs work fine. I'm creating this as a separate issue because none of the other issues had any solutions, and all of them had differences that critically do not work here. Just to be complete, I'll attach a score that has this issue below.
