The left-hand panel is showing the Documents folder, but the message shows some other folder buried deeper within the Documents folder. Looks to be something misconfigured on the system. Like, perhaps they are using the Windows feature to move the Documents folder to another path on another drive but that drive is missing? Anyhow, definitely looks like a general system issue, not anything specific to MuseScore.
He could also have copy/pasted a path in the file name input field.
You can navigate that way in dialog box (but of course only when the path exists).
As you say it looks 100% as a Windows or user issue rather than a MuseScore one.

Using it on a Windows 10. It’s the latest Musecore.
This sounds like a convoluted windows message telling you that you're not allowed to save anything in that directory.

Or rather that the directory doesn't exist
You can't navigate to a non-existent directory as it seems he has done in the picture.

I don't see on the picture that he was able to navigate to that folder, he seems to be still in documents folder.

Windows 10 only or are you using MuseScore in a Linux VM on top of Windows (possibly with the newly available Linux kernel imbedded in Windows)?
