[Accessibility] - Horizontal and Vertical frame with text not readable when editing

When adding text to a horizontal or vertical frame, the edit mode is accessible. But when trying to modify texts again by alt+shift+e on the frames, NVDA will not read anything. Reading this is important if blind wants to modify texts entered in the frame, such as title and composer, especially when producing a book where titling information is not totally entered via score wizard or score property dialog.
