When I uploaded the attached score to musescore.org, it looks like this:
See:
https://musescore.com/music_by_jeff/kumda-1st-dan-creative-poomsae
MuseScore version: OS: macOS 10.16, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.2.312126096, revision: 465e7b6
Update: the score looks fine when I view it through my phone, it may be specific to my web browser (Google Chrome for Android).
The web browser where I am seeing the issue is:
Google Chrome
Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64)
(MacOS)
I see it in both "normal" and "incognito" windows.
It also looks fine in Safari.
I think this is most likely a regression since I have uploaded previous versions of the score without seeing this issue. It this just started happening today.

One more update -- I am starting to think this is a Chrome problem and not a MuseScore.org problem. I am seeing similar rendering issues in "developer tools" when I attempt to open them for the corrupted page. I am going to reboot and see if this problem goes away (quitting and restarting Chrome did not help)
I'm closing this. It displays fine now after a reboot. Chrome must have gotten into a funny state.
It certainly is not a musescore.org problem anyhow
