Volta 1 in MuseJazz when continued from the previous line do not lineup with volta 2 because of the wing as in this picture. Turning off the wings fixes this and this should not be necessary.
If you adjust the volta 1 on the last line so it does line up, save it, then reopen the file, the adjustments are lost.
I'm not sure if this should be considered one bug or 2.
This issue was first reported in the Spanish forum at https://musescore.org/es/node/314780 and I'm adding this issue for the OP.
I tested this in the latest nightly OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.2.311459983, revision: 465e7b6 with the same results. Changing to Pentaluma gave worse results that will get it's own bug report.

Took me a while to sort this out, but - the problem is connected to a second volta added to the invisible top staff that has a crazy large Y offset (500). Make the top staff visible, remove that errant volta (it's in the same measure as the 2nd volta that won't align) and all is well.
No doubt that errant volta shouldn't cause this particular problem, but it's not so surprising and definitely not a case of voltas just not aligning in MuseJazz (which isn't even involved here).
But it does suggest another issue - even when the bad volta is removed, the remaining voltas don't adjust to avoid notes or other content above the staff. That's worth a separate report, and that one would be major. I guess because technically the volta is connected to the invisible top staff, it's not responding properly to content on the visible second staff.
