F10 should give focus to mixer

any score with inspector shown but not mixer
F10 => mixer is shown as second tab behind the inspector, one has to click on mixer tab header before being able to use the mixer
Expected: F10 shows mixer and puts mixer tab in front of the inspector tab at the same time
