Reproduced on Surface Book 3 only. This is regardless of running in tablet (1 graphic card) form with keyboard detached or with the keyboard attached (two graphic cards.)

Just open an existing score or create a new one. With page view mode selected by default, only the very top of the page is shown. The page size seems to be just about 1" in length and full page width.

This is a regression from earlier version (3.5) and is not reproducible on regular laptop. The problem persists even after reinstalling the 3.5 version. So, it could be a bug in one of the linked libraries that doesn't got removed and reinstalled with the earlier version.

Sounds like you are implying this happens on all the scores you've tried, buy to be sure: can you please attach one so we can begin investigating? Needless to say, it doesn't happen on any of our systems with any of our scores, we we need to start eliminating variables to find out what the specific trigger is here.

Also, can you post a screenshot so we can see what you see? I'm curious what shows below that 1" strip.

That score is not in Page View, but in Single Page View.

And it has very strange page size settings (which shows in Page View, but also in Forlat > Page settings): 99.82 x 23.88, so is less than one inch high

So I'd say this is by design, Garbage in, garbage out
