The keyboard shortcuts randomly not working on mac. some shortcuts work after a restart. some other shortcuts f.ex. Alt_Shift_B for Append measures never worked
By Alt do you mean Option? I know macOS hasd its own unique shortcuts, so be sure you are using the correct ones. And check Edit / Preferences / Shortcuts to be sure when in doubt.
Anyhow, in order to investigate a problem, we would need precise steps to reproduce it.
