Suggestion: Allow the user to add a parenthesis (to an accidental or note) from the Note Input toolbar.

For accidentals and note(head)s it is possible from the palette, there's also a shortcut available for that, ( and for accidentals it is addionally possible from the Inspector.

IMHO this is used rarely enough to better not clutter the toolbar. (Similar is probably true for the Advanced workspace's triple and quadruple dots, but there's no palette entry for them)

Come to think of it, I agree. But if there is a user case, it could perhaps be made optional in View > Toolbars > Customize Toolbars?

As an optional element it might be made possible, this is actually used already for 256th, 512th and 1024th notes and the count-in too.

Not sure though how that all fits in with MuseScore 4 and its new UI

Last I looked, there were actually quite a few new toolbar buttons available in MuseScore 4 builds, things that were formerly only in the palette.
