Feature Request Score-wide tempo modifier
Say you are practicing a piece, and playing along with the playback, but you are playing it slowly, you could halve the tempo to start out slowly, but if piece has a lot of tempo changes, it can be very tedious to change every tempo, especially when the creator of the file adds invisible tempo changes for retardandos, or if the tempo is given via keywords (largo), et cetera.
What would facilitate the use of tempo changes could be a coefficient modifier that would effect all tempos in the piece, or maybe from measure n to measure m. So in the given case, you could set the tempo to:
t = .5*t
where 't' is the current tempo for any given tempo setter. The user would fill out the right side of the equation. This would halve the tempo in either the whole piece, or as said before, measures in a given interval.

Only not implemented feature is taking it into account in export (MP3,...)
Export indeed ignores those manual overrides of the play panel, but usually MP3 players allow for changing the playback speed.

True, exporting at different speed would be only useful when used in environments where the player has only limited capacity
