MDL Drumline Unable to Download

If I try to download the MDL Drumline extension I get the error message "Unable to download, save, and verify the package. Check your internet connection." at around 7-8%. My internet connection is stable, and I've used other networks but I always get the same problem. Everything is up to date, all the workarounds do not work, and I have reinstalled Musescore 3 multiple times.
