I simply open musescore. I go to open it and every time any noise from my computer comes up it turns to static. It only happens when I open it. I always restart my computer, but everything else works up until the point where I open musescore.

For problems with system audio like this, best to ask on the Supprot forum, and include more info about your system, like what OS, what audio hardware, what version of the drivers, what version of MuseScore, what you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O, what other audio software might be running concurrently, etc. Then someone with more system administration and audio experience might be able to suggest things that might help your particular system.
