This is probably a feature bug that normally would appear since MS4 is in its early stages of development, but i've read on one of the musescore forums that as of the recent version of MS4 there is no way to add separate velocity markings (for playback purposes) for separate staves, which in some cases makes for a quite the important feature. So the only way around this issue, would as of this version be to change velocity for each individual notes in the inspector, which does not work either... I guess the MS development team is already aware of this bug? but i just wanted to get it out there anyway.

PS. Adding velocity markings on staves does not change the velocity value in the inspector, so there is no way to know what value each velocity marking is operating with, though that's already a known feature of MS4?

It is by design that volume is now customized in one place - the notes thesemvles - instead of a combination of customizations on dynamics and customizations on notes. The baselines for changes is 64 - numbers higher than this are loduer, numbers lower are softer.

It is a known current limitation of Muse Sounds only that the velocity settings on the notes are not yet implemented. SOundFonts and VST instruments should be working as expected.

Muse Sounds does not work with velocity, there might be something else going on fooling you into thinking it is though. But the basic soundfont does. If you have a score that you are having problems with, best to attach it and give precise steps to reproduce the problem.
