Reproduce problem:
1) add a rit. that stretches over one bar
2) add a tempo marking at the end of the rit. (before the next bar)
3) add another tempo marking at the next bar

In order for someone to investigate. please attach the actual score, not just a picture.
Sorry about that Marc Sabatella. The bug starts at measure 71.
I can confirm the pedal is not played in that measure. It's an issue with Muse Sounds only, so please report it to the develoeprs of that library over on musehub.zendesk.com
