How to force (?) multimeasure rest

I have this situation. I've add an invisible note in one instrument for the general score to make that staff visible, but in the part, it makes the multimeasure rest to split in two separate rests. Is there a way to combine these? I can't either fake it, because the multimeasure figure won't stretch and I can't resize the measures to match the others and put a number above. Is there another way to fix this? Thanks! And sorry, english is not my language.
