Layout shift after selecting all - clefs calculation?

Open the score test-layout.mscz , created with MuseScore f262e9c on Xubuntu 14.10.

Select all with "Ctrl+A".

Result: layout shift.

The cause seems to be clef changes.

I don't know if I should create a new issue, but pedal lines are completely messed up after closing the score and open it again. See the attached score. It's the same as test-layout.mscz, but with pedal lines.

I added pedal lines and set the vertical offset to 0.50sp:

After closing the score and opening it again, pedal lines are messed up:

And lines are still messed up (but differently) after selecting all:

Status (old) fixed ⇒ active

the original bug is fixed in 4be8014426. The pedal line bug is something different i cannot reproduce. If you still have problems it would be best to create a new issue.
