The refrain is in 3-part, but the verses are in unison.

If this is (something like) what you are looking for, then you want to use Format / Style / Score / Hide empty staves within systems. Then enter your three parts into their own staves and enter the chorus into only one of the staves.

Thank you for your help. It took me forever, but I finally found exactly what you suggested.
Copy the notes from one staff to the others?
