Page Settings arrow step size too large in inch mode

The dimension boxes on the Page Settings window have up-down arrows. The Printable Area boxes increment and decrement by 1 when the arrows are pressed. This is appropriate when in the millimeter mode. Changing the margins by one inch with each arrow click is not appropriate. Changing by .05 inch would be much better.

Likewise, the Scaling box arrows increment by 0.2 which may be appropriate for millimeters but not for inches. Changing by .005 inch would be much better.
