Master Effects becomes blank upon re-opening of Synthesiser
1. Open score.
2. 'View'>'Synthesiser'.
3. 'Master Effects'.
4. Close 'Synthesiser'.
5. 'View'>'Synthesiser'.
Result: It is blank.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build 86ec8d9 - Mac 10.7.5.

I had looked at this , but I don't think it's the same, because I can reproduced with plug-ins loaded.
Might be Mac-specific. No issue for me on Ubuntu 14.04.
No issue for me on Mac 10.10 either. (using self build)
Should be fixed by Werner's change in commit f22515c0e
