Mixer does not update if in view whilst adding/removing Instrument change
1. Open score
2. 'View'>'Mixer'.
3. Apply 'Instrument' (from 'Text' palette) to first note of bar 2.
Result: Mixer does not update to reflect this.
Note: This affects 1.3 and 2.0 scores.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build a78eec8 - Mac 10.7.5.

I made this major on account of the following steps:
4. Close 'Mixer'.
5. Open 'Mixer'.
6. Click on text of instrument change.
7. 'Delete'.
8. Click on the sound of the entry for the changed instrument.
9. Click a sound.
Result: Crash.
