Text properties for InstrumentLong and InstrumentShort

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open or create a score that has instrument names in front of the staves
2. Right-click on the instrument name

Expected behavior: Should be able to choose "Text Properties..." like other text throughout the score

Actual behavior: "Text Properties..." is missing from the context menu.

MuseScore version: r. 2764 nightly

Title Text Properties context menu for Long and Short Instrument Name ⇒ Text properties for InstrumentLong and InstrumentShort

Changed title back to the actual terms used in Style > Text Styles dialog.

Is there a reason not to allow this? I understand instrument names, being generated on the fly, might behave different from others. Especially "short" names, which can appear and disappear over different measures as layout changes. It's easy enough to enable it, though.
