1. Open two scores.
2. Enable 'Documents Stacked' or 'Documents Side by Side'.
3. Click on a tab to change the score in view.
4. Click on the opposite 'Documents' window.
5. 'Play'.

Expected result: The score in the clicked documents window plays.
Actual result: The last accessed tab (step 3) score plays.

It's not just playback - you can't change windows at all. Clicking has no effect in the other window - you can't select, can't edit, etc. You just can't get focus there. Well, you can do it by changing to a different *tab* within the window, but now you have have focus in a different document.

When utilising zoom after closing documents, only the numbers change - the focus is probably wrong.

There is also problems with MIDI - sounds for instruments change if clicking on notes of a score that was not the last accessed.

Confirmed. Very recent issue (about a week)

This Nightly works (it is the penultimate of January 30 ) : 0dfcac4
No Nightly on February 1st.

This one fails on February 2 : 822aa31

- So, the origine is perhaps here ? (on last commit of 30 January) : https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/commit/d15db5de19eda5566a0c0bc47…

But I do not understand why this commit, which seems to be exactly the same, comes back on February 2 (same Nigthly mentionned above) ? https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/commit/822aa31be34709d6296a360c3…

Furthermore, in early February 2 (just before the Nightly mentionned), there was a lot of merged pull request (17). After looking diagonally, not sure that one of them is involved, but need for checking with other eyes :)

I'd like to re-open this as a reminder - seeing some wrong behaviour.
