Corrupt measures when appending to score with local time signature
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Drag local time signature of 6/8 to Voice 2.
3. Create rests in bar 2 of Voice 2.
Expected result: The value of three quarters.
Actual result: The value of two quarters.
Note: It is also reproducible in a 2.0 score.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build fd51063 - Mac 10.7.5.
Comments
As far as I can tell, line breaks have nothing to do with it. The last measure of a score is corrupted when adding a local time sig. It appears to only have enough room for the original duration, but the notes are spaces as if the local time signature applies.
Maybe it was that I couldn't reproduce without the line break for the original score, but yes, it seems reproducible here without it. :)

Although the above is fixed, there is a further problem, which is still somewhat summarised by the title:
4. 'Add'>'Bars…'>'Append One Bar'.
5. Click on rest in bar 3 of Voice 2.
6. Change to quarter.
Result: Quarter, 64th and 16th rests appear.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build 781c5b7 - Mac 10.7.5.
Updated title a bit more descriptive.
