1) new score, 4/4
2) add glissandi
3) change initial time signature to 2/4

Result: glissandi are deleted

I guess the code that rewrites measures needs to preserve them explicitly. Maybe this is addressed in PR for similar issue with melisma - #48436: Melisma and hyphens don't display correctly after time changes?
