1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Drag 12/8 time signature from palette to bar 1.

Notes:

Not fixed upon undo.
All seems fine if saving and re-opening.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build fd51063 - Mac 10.7.5.

Well, it's only *time* changes - either time signature or insertion/deletion of measures. Mere layout changes (eg, adding line breaks) are fine as far as I can tell.

Looking at this a little bit, it seems it is probably fairly simple. What is happening is that after a change, an old copy of the line is left behind. Aside from that, all is well. So probably there is just a small amount of code missing to remove the old copies of the lines.
