Crash trying to edit the first note of a score [0.9.6 version]

I'm trying to put a note on the first rest of this score but MuseScore send this message and then crash:

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

(I'm using MuseScore 0.9.6 in Windows 7)

How did you create this first measure? Could you give steps starting from a new score?

Notice that the top staff has a full measure rest and a quarter note. The bottom staff has no rests or notes.

I wrote the score in Sibelius and exported it to MusicXML with Dolet 1.02. Then I opened it with MuseScore 0.9.5 (because I couldn't open it with 0.9.6). I saved the score to a .mscz file and then I opened it with MuseScore 0.9.6 to make some changes, I added some ties.. but when I tried to put a note on the first rest the program crash...
