File crashes-musescore.xml (see #71876: MusicXML file import causes crash) contains glissando's that stop in a voice and later start in a different voice. This is not handled correctly by MuseScore. Solution: copy start / stop handling from generic spanner handling.

Reported version ⇒ 3.0

Opening the mentioned file reports some errors related to glissando so the issue is probably valid for 3.0-dev. Should it be marked critical though?
