No sound!!
There is a problem with the latest version of Musescore! When I want to play my score, there's no sound. I have already checked the application's volume in the control panel, but I haven't managed to find the problem. Thanks in advance
UPDATE: the metronome works, but the instruments' voices don't work

Something is wrong in your installation - most likely there were incompatible settings leftover from a previous version. Follow the instructions under "Revert to factory settings" in the Handbook. If that doesn't set it right, please ask for help in the Support forum (eg, by using Help / Ask for Help frim within MuseScore) and tell us what OS you are on, what soundfont you see listed in View / Synthesizer, and what settings you see in Edit / Preferences / I/O.
Thank you very much!! I had reverted MuseScore to factory settings. The problem started from downloading the MuseScore latest version. I use Windows10. I hope this problem won't be frequent, because I like MuseScore software.
