Changing "scroll pages horizontally/vertically" preference does not affect linked parts in open score
When a score with linked parts is open, whether the score or a part is currently active, toggling the preference setting in the nightlies currently labeled "Page orientation horizontal/vertical" * affects the score but not the parts—i.e., the parts will continue to display the pages as before the setting was changed.
* As pointed out at https://musescore.org/en/node/95641, that wording is very problematic, because the same words are commonly used to describe portait/landscape format. Hence my optimistic alternative in this issue's title.

Since this is implemented as a global preference, then it should indeed affect all scores & all parts. But FWIW, I might have preferred it be more per-score, like page versus continuous view. And in particular, I would very likely want my score to scroll horizontal but the parts to scroll vertically. Not worth changing the implementation at this point, but I figured I'd mention this.
Also, to be clear, the setting is applied on close/reopen.
Marc, it's a very valid point but it will be lost here once this bug is solved. Could you open a feature request?
