Project

2.0.3 or 2.1-RC (so not a regression)

  1. My First Score
  2. Generate part(s) (all new)
  3. Enter some notes and slurcs in score
  4. Select measure (make sure slurs are not disabled in selection filter)
  5. Copy
  6. Paste to some other measure in score

Expected result: In the part the slur is seen

Actual result: The slur is missing

Adding the missing slur in part reslutls in duplicating it in score, so the only clean Option is to delete the slur in score, then re-add it.

Noticed this myself, but it most probably is what came up in https://musescore.org/de/node/188916

On testing I discovered that this only happens on the first instrument listed. I used the SATB template for a few quick parts to extract. When I copy slurs from one part to the next, only the soprano part missed the slur the ATB copied just fine. So I tried copying only ATB and all went well. I tried S only and once again got no slur, so the problem somehow arises in the first instrument only.

Edit: I also tested using lest than a full measure and full measure slurs and the results were the same.

I extracted each part individually, you exported all parts into one part. I then tried with S & T, T had slurs. I then Tried SAT and none of them had slurs. I'm not sure what all this means, but it probably helps point to zeroing in on the problem.

edit: in response to kuwitt, I had all parts extracted in testing of the attached file.
