link to topic in locale of subforum

The links in the email notifications of reactions upon a topic always link to the English locale. It would better if these inherited the locale of the subforum to which the topic belongs.

For example; when receiving a mail about https://musescore.org/nl/node/151346, the mail links to https://musescore.org/en/node/151346. The minor inconvenience is that you end up with the English search function instead of the Dutch one.
