Beam settings not applied when creating custom time signature

1. In any score, press [Shift]+[T] to open the Time Signatures section of the Master Palette.
2. Define a custom time signature (e.g., 7/8), and customize the beaming as well (e.g., eighth notes in 2+2+3, and so on).
3. Click "Add."
4. Attempt to use the time signature in the score, or click on another time signature in the Master Palette and then click back on the custom one.

Result: All beam settings are lost.

This is the case at least as far back as the release of 2.0.2.
