Change "Filter" to "Search" in Preferences > Shortcuts
If you open Preferences > Shortcuts, you'll notice that the empty "Search" box has the word "Filter" in it. This should be changed to "Search", which is more recognisable (for example, the same box in "Instruments" uses the word "Search").
One other thing: The shortcuts in "Preferences" for Tenuto (Ctrl+Alt+N) and Marcato (Ctrl+Alt+O) are not those listed in the manual (Shift+N and Shift+O respectively). And the new shortcut for sforzato (Shift V) hasn't been set either.
Comments
I've fixed the manual for Tenuto (Ctrl+Alt+N) and Marcato (Ctrl+Alt+O).
We will have to change it again for 3.0 and maybe 2.0.4, which does have them set to Shift+N and Shift+O respectively. There is no default shortcut for Sforzato in 2.0.3, not sure about 2.0.4, but will be in 3.0 (Shift+V).
See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/2876
About the shortcuts for marcato and tenuto, either you're using an out-of-date MuseScore or something prevented the shortcuts from updating, but you'd better change the Handbook back now. #86721: Change default shortcuts for tenuto and marcato for consistency with shortcuts for staccato and sforzato (accent)
Oops. Guess (geetar and) I didn't reset my shortcuts after upgrading from <=2.0.2 to 2.0.3
Will fix the handbook again.
Oops! I'm using a shortcuts XML file from a previous version. I'll check the handbook again.
