I am trying to tie notes as I always have using the "+" key. When I am in parts, the ties do not display. But they do display when I go to the score view. They also do not print from the part view. If I create the ties in the score view, they do display in the part view. I work mostly from part view, so this is causing me grief!

I see. You have to not be in the first part for this to happen. I was initially going to say I couldn't reproduce the problem, then I changed from Alto 1 and was able to reproduce the problem.
The workaround is of course to work in the score rather than parts, but this doesn't mean it doesn't need to be fixed.
