In context menus, "Remove Selected Measures" uses wrong string and does not show shortcut, and/or does not appear

The "Remove Selected Range" command (formerly known as Timewise Delete) appears in the context menu for measures with a different label and does not show the shortcut assigned to the command, unlike the other commands above it in the menu.

It should appear more like this (using PR #6008):

The command does not appear at all in the context menu for notes or rests.
