adjusting measures after removing notes

Apologies if I am overlooking something; this seems like it would be simple to do but I am not finding it.

I entered a long run of notes, running some scales on a small MIDI keyboard, then copied and pasted to append a few times, transposing up a semitone each time. After doing this a few times, I went back and removed rests and removed the high notes outside the keyboard's range on all the runs after the first. That leaves me with some small measures interspersed with different time signatures. It's the same for playing; it's just annoying. I want to regroup all the notes into 4/4. How do I do this? I searched in the online handbook and poked around a bit without finding it.

If i understand it correct, I think the easiest way would be to select, copy and paste the notes in a new measure/staff with a 4/4 time signature at the end of the score.

Well, there is Tools / Regroup Rhythms, that does what I think you are asking. But I can't be sure If not, please attach a sample score so we can understand and assist better.
