decrease interline space for chord fingering
I am entering fingering for chords and, ideally, i'd like every fingering to be beside each note, but the vertical space between each fingering is too high, and I can't find the option to decreas it.

also I found another example in which the vertical space is much narrower: https://musescore.org/sites/musescore.org/files/2019-03/19031307.png, but I don't know how to achieve it.
Or perhaps there's a better, more standard or easier to read way to enter piano chord fingering.

Use the Inspector and the Text's "Line distance" setting. Update to 3.6.2 to have that, as that score,

Definitely there are better ways. The fingerings should be attached to each note individually, not a set of three all attached to one note.
So after entering the fingering on the first note, just press Space to move to the next note and enter that, etc. That's assuming you are entering the fingerings by typing, and using the command Add / Text / Fingering. If you are using the palette, add one as usual then double click it to enter Edit mode, then you can start using Space to move from note to note.
