Place lyrics with hyphens after the stave type change
Note that the lyrics move vertically as the offset is adjusted, but the hyphens remain in place

Unless I'm missing something, your example here is not related - there is no staff type change. Yours is simply a matter of having set an inappropriate alignment. Center alignment doesn't make sense for lyrics, and wouldn't do what you are wanting here - it would cause the lyrics to be ragged, as their centers would be aligned rather than baselines, so for instance the letters "P" and "p" would not line up as they should. Better to simply adjust the offsets if your goal was to make the single-verse lyrics appear between the two verses in the earlier section.

Sorry for adding it to a wrong issue and thanks for your answer. It worked after re-automating the setting and then again try to use the offset. Probably because of a former manual setting, it was a little bit complicating, as some lyrics used sp and some mm ...

Yeah, I noticed the "mm" also. That happens if you disable the "Follow staff size" option. Generally speaking, you shouldn't do that except for things like titles (which have this disabled by default already). Virtually everything else should scale with staff size.
