Bug: "Access data from other apps"
I love musescore and i use it daily. But recently, every time i start a file, i have to click ALLOW on the box that says "Musescore 4 would like to access data from other apps". Can i permanently allow this somewhere in the settings? Please help, its quite annoying to check this box every single time i open any file. Thank you so much. Pavel

Is that the MuseScore Editor on a Mac?
I believe it needs that access in order to use Muse Sounds

Hi Mr. Schmitz, yes its on a Mac. Aha, i see. It needs to access those sounds in the Hub. It would be nice to permanently allow it somehow. Do you have a tip? thanks a lot. Pavel

You can avoid the prompt by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > App Management and add MuseScore 4 to the list (hit the plus and find the app).

Here is another relevant thread: https://musescore.org/en/node/356030. Just in general, it doesn't seem to be right to expect from the user to configure anything manually in this case, and learn what to configure through forums or GitHub. I think the main question here is when the issue is going to be actually fixed by MuseScore. https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/19905 has been open for a year with no activity.
