Drum Palette
I'm using MuseScore 1.3 with Windows 7.
I'm not able to open the drum palette. It was there at the beginning but then the drum notes all appeared an octave below the and the drum icons disappeared. I deleted the drum notes but the icons still do not appear. Where did I go wrong.

Seems you have inadertently unset the "Drumset" option for this staff in the Mixer. Turn it back on and all should be well.
BTW, MuseScore 2.0 was released several months ago and contains many major improvements; definitely consider updating when you have a chance.

Thanks Marc. That worked fine.
Regarding MuseScore 2.0, I have tried but old brains are hard to retrain. I very much prefer Version 1.

Aside from cosmetic differences and a lot of new features you don't have to use, very little has actually changed. If there are particular things you were having trouble with, feel free to describe them, and probably we can help.
