If a clef is added under a first ending, it will also apply to the second ending. See attached score.
This is not an expected result. The bass clef that applies to the first measure should apply to the second ending, not the treble clef that appears in the first ending.
This also applies to other score elements, such as key signatures.

This is indeed true. It's considered good practice to place an explicit clef at the beginning of the second ending to clarify the intent for the reader, but technically it is not required, so we *should* be taking this into consideration.

It was reported in 2.1 but there is now no way to enter that again so people will simply have to do math to figure which version was current on Apr 7, 2016.

There is a workaround, put in a dynamic or clef change and make it invisible after the volta 1 so volta 2 will playback and/or look correct.
