Crash on loading score
HI. I am reporting that the musescore software on my computer consistently shuts down and stops working every time I open a score. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but to no avail. I am very frustrated with the program. I have also contacted the musescore a few times regarding this with no response. I am working on two scores that both have deadlines and I am being set back a great deal by this.

I have done this a few times. same thing happens.
Can you attach the score you are having problems with and specify which operating system and which soundfont?

It happens with all of them. but it does seem to happen quicker when MDL is downloaded.

Can you retry simply with: menu "Help" -> Revert to Factory Settings

Share one of the scores causing the crash
And for the record, when you say you have contacted MuseScore, the only supported method of asking for help using MuseScore is to post to the Support forum, and I don't see any posts there from you. My guess is you tried contacting the support email for the score sharing website musescore.org, which is not a way to get help using the program.
Anyhow, as mentioned, when asking for help or reporting a possible bug (and crashes are indeed bugs), please attach your score and give us precise steps to reproduce the problem.
We cannot proceed without (an) actual score(s).
