Project
Suggestion is to add a message box which will ask users who open 2.X scores in 3.0 whether he/she wants to reset positions for all elements to default (and see the magic of autoplacement).
Message box text could be like: "For better experience of using MuseScore 3.0 it is recommended to reset elements positions to default values. Autoplacement engine will take care of the positions. You always can do it by yourself running "Format->Reset Shapes & Positions" command".

edit: To improve the English in the proposal, I would say "...you can always do it by selecting..." rather than "...you can always do it by running..." (I got the text from the PR, not this feature request)

Shouldn't issues get mark as "fixed" automatically?

You see it marked it fixed but for old "Status" field
I know but shouldn't the new "Status" field be changed too?
