1) create at least 2 staves
2) create local time signature (ctrl-drag time signature to one staff). I used 12/8 while the rest of my score was in 4/4
3) Write some music on the staff with the local time signature
4) Copy/paste the music to another bar on the same staff
In the current build (2.02) MuseScore either crashes, or gets very confused (puts the notes in the wrong place and creates some blank - not even a "whole bar rest" - bars).
In the next build (2.03) this is hacked over with a Dialog Message("Please select the complete tuplet/tremolo and retry the command") when you try to copy.

The issue is that you cannot copy/paste within a Local Time Signature. The fix is to allow copy/pasting within a Local Time Signature.

This should be a bug rather than a feature. I just come from Sibelius to use Musescore again (I used to use Musescore before) because musescore allows easy implementation of local time signatures, which I don't know how to do so in Sib. Then lasconic wanted to remove the local time signature feature altogether.

It is also very frustrating that tuplets created in these local time signature bars may become corrupted if I delete any of the notes of the tuplets.

The fix is not working in MuseScore 3.3.4.9066 from late 2019. I have a score that's all in 4/4 time except for a drumset stave in 12/8. I cannot copy and paste in the 12/8 stave. When I copy, I still get the dread message "Please select the complete tuplet/tremolo and retry the command". If there is a workaround I would love to hear it!

No, not possible, that is what this bug report is about. The error message is wrong, which is another bug.
But thanks for the sample score.
