In the latest of 2.0 nightly builds (4130, currently available), all notes and the majority of features in the palette are rectangles (image .

3996 appears to be the last one that works properly. MuseScore 1.0 works fine too.

I have tried validating fonts, but all appear to be fine.

It's not a problem in Mac 10.6.7, so this is likely a 10.4.11 problem.

Status (old) active ⇒ duplicate

Avoid duplicate postings. It was already discussed in the forum and the Mac maintainer was part of the discussion.

I was filing this in the issue section (for established bugs) - also so that people can see it better (rather than inside a discussion of a different topic - also in the forum section).

According to the log on 5 May, the Qt loads a modified font. However, it's still the same.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4300) - Mac 10.4.11.

I might upgrade to Lion in the Summer, but I just wanted to post for reference.

I have upgraded to 10.6.7 (no problems), so I can't check on 10.4.

I don't know if it'll be fixed - what should we do?
