on latest git master 176a6d7, if have a single-measure SECTION which has a generated (i.e. not manually inserted) clef at the beginning of the section, e.g.:

also note that this issue also affects key signatures in addition to clefs...for example if start with: and then drop a key signature over the first measure, then the result is but there should be generated clefs at the beginning of each section.
Things get wiered if I save that & reopen: My_First_Score.mscz which upon reopen first looks like: and then upon toggling concert pitch looks like (maybe this is a seperate issue here?)

I also notice the bug occurs for single Multi-Measure-Rest systems:
I noticed this while in continuous view. Inserting a section break should cause the key signature to be repeated in the next measure. Since there are no accidentals in the key signature after a section break, it looks like the key is changed to C rather than keeping the previous key signature.
