Time Signature "sometimes" won't change when same meter

I defined 7/8 meters with different "Text" in the "Gesamt Palette", one should show as 7/8, another one as 3+2+2/8. The value of both is 7/8.

1. When dragging the 7/8 (text) to a measure, the Time Signature adjust correctly the first time.
2. Dragging the 3+2+2/8 over the just adjusted 7/8 will also adjust correctly.
3. But when dragging 7/8 over the just adjusted 3+2+2/8, nothing happens...

(I consider this a minor bug, because everything works fine when using a different time signature again, like 4/4, and then 7/8 again... cause that works fine.)

Also, the "Gesamtpalette" is only translated partially, all the sub menues (Clefs, Barlines...) are in English. (But only in the "Gesamtpalette", not in the regular program interface...)
